• Wash and dry the area where the cream will be applied.

• Apply a thick layer of the numbing cream (approximately 2 mm thick). Gently rub it in and cover the area with plastic wrap (cling film).

• Leave the cream covered with the plastic wrap for 20–60 minutes before the procedure.

• After 20–60 minutes, remove the plastic wrap and wipe away any remaining cream with a paper towel.
